We are looking for a number of innovation associates from a varied range of technology, information and clinical backgrounds to join us and play their part in one of the most exciting challenges in the technology sector today: the digital transformation of health and care.
About the roles
As one of our Innovation Associates you will play a key role in supporting communities to enable the best use of digital tools and technology to deliver safe, high quality, efficient and compassionate care. Aim to educate and inform all participants in the health and care community: citizens, patients, carers, health, care and digital professionals about the possibilities digital technologies provide and equip them with the tools, knowledge and skills to collaborate to develop and implement high quality digital solutions.
You will be at the forefront of making data, information and knowledge in IT systems open, shareable and computable to facilitate the creation of innovative digital services to transform the delivery of health and social care.
Educated to Degree Level or equivalent qualification / delivery experience.
You may have a technology or business background in software development, technical architecture, infomatics, service redesign, infrastucure.
You may have a medical, nursing, allied health professional, pharmacy or social work qualification and will have experience from one or more of the following sectors: general practice, social care, primary care, or secondary care.
You will have a real passion for the digitisation of the health and care system.
You will also have some experience of change programmes and be an excellent communicator, and community builder.
You will be confident, have a track record of leadership, and experience of collaborative working.
These posts are offered on a contract of up to 60 days a year.

The salary range is £67,247 - £83,258 for the band 8D role and is £79,415 - £100,431 for the band 9 role (for registered clinicians)
