A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Outpatients Manager to lead and manage the Outpatients and Pre-Assessment department at North Downs Hospital. The successful Outpatients Manager will be expected to lead the provision of efficient Outpatient services for the hospital.

We are continually introducing new technology to ensure we provide the best experience for our patients and support for our hard working teams.

The Role

You will be responsible for the delivery of the highest standards of care & services within Outpatients, Pre-Assessment and Pathology and will take ownership in managing the operational running of the department. 

Our Outpatients department has 5 consulting rooms, with 1 minor procedure room and a separate Pre-op assessment department. As the Outpatients Manager you will be responsible for running clinics, and managing scheduling of staff rotas according to activity. Ensuring the patient journey is of high quality from beginning to end, you will work closely with our specialist consultants to maintain engagement and a high standard of service within the department, whilst also looking at innovative ways to improve and introduce new services.
