Pre Admission Lead 

We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven and self-motivated Pre Admission Lead to join our growing team at Springfield Hospital.

Join us on our exciting journey of new developments and expansion at Springfield Hospital. Here we provide a wide range of services including Surgery, Medicine, Oncology, Plastic and Cosmetic surgery and Paediatrics. We are continually introducing new technology to ensure we provide the best experience for our patients and support for our hard working teams.
Springfield Hospital opened in 1987 and is one of Essex’s leading private hospitals. It is a 64 bedded hospital all with ensuite facilities, with parent and child rooms, a 14 bed Day unit and a high dependency unit.  

The role

In this role you will be an integral part of leading the Pre Admission team who are committed to delivering the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment.

What you will bring
•    Registered with the NMC and compliant with the Revised NMC Code 2015    
•    Sound written and verbal communication skills
•    Delivers High Standards of patient care    
•    Competent computer skills
•    Able to use own initiative and take charge of the Unit liaising with Consultants    
•    Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business 
•    Demonstrates competent practice
Enthusiastic / promoting positive attitude at work     
•    Demonstrates a good working knowledge & compliance with Ramsay Policies and CQC Standards /KLOE
