The role

Gardens and Jacobs are looking for their next team leader to join their busy reception team. We currently have a full-time vacancy for a highly motivated and enthusiastic customer focused Team Leader to join our extremely busy and friendly Front of House Reception Team.

This is a fast paced position that is constantly changing, so you will need excellent administration skills, the ability to organise and prioritise the workload whilst working under pressure.  The team leader role will also involve the co-ordination of the Reception staff dealing with day to day line management duties of the team.  

The ideal candidate should have the following:

  • Previous experience in administrative role, ideally within the healthcare sector.
  • Good Customer Service skills, be able to liaise with patients, staff and consultants.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be able to organise own workload
  • Have a confident and positive persona
  • Good general Education
  • Be computer literate

You will be required to work shifts including some weekends and evenings.
