The role

We are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed individual to join the Therapy team in a role giving flexibility around working hours.
The post holder will be responsible for delivering a high standard of therapy, meeting the needs of the resident in all aspects, under the direct supervision of an allocated therapist to ensure that individuals regain their maximum independence.

The post holder will be responsible for adhering to all company policies
Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be keen to learn from experience and be willing to identify new ways of working
  • Willing to work as part of the therapy team, but also to be able to link in with the care team and to assist in the delivery of daily activities for residents
  • Good organisational skills
