We are a friendly; highly progressive, innovative department looking for an enthusiastic pharmacist to join our team on full-time hours on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
We cover a wide range of specialities including oncology, ophthalmology, orthopaedics, urology, gynaecology, general surgery and cosmetic surgery. You will be required to provide an efficient, professional and flexible service to both inpatients and outpatients. Duties will include a clinical service to inpatients and outpatients, dispensing, stock control, patient counselling and other associated pharmaceutical duties. Full training will be provided for local computer systems. You must be a registered pharmacist and have a minimum of 1 years’ experience, working in hospital or community pharmacy and have effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Previous hospital experience would be an advantage.
