Senior Physiotherapist – Orthopaedics / Orthopaedic Inpatients
Ramsay Healthcare UK, Fitzwilliam Hospital, Peterborough is seeking to recruit a suitably experienced Physiotherapist to join the orthopaedic and musculoskeletal physiotherapy team.
Working closely with a multi-disciplinary team, you will need excellent communication skills. You will be required to assess, treat and facilitate discharge of pre and post operative patients, covering a wide range of surgerirs though predominantly elective orthopaedic inpatients.
Applicants must possess a positive attitude and a passion to deliver a high standard of patient care. Experience of working with orthopaedic and spinal inpatients is essential.
As part of the physiotherapy department’s commitment to meeting patient needs and delivering excellence we encourage our staff to work their hours flexibly, it is therefore essential that the post holder be able to work their hours flexibly and contribute fully to both existing and new rota’s.
This post would suit a therapist who has completed their core rotations and has a desire to continue their career in an inpatient setting. The role does require the therapist to have the ability to work well within a team and alone using their initiative. Therapists who have the necessary experience and are now looking to progress to a senior role are welcomed, in addition to those who are perhaps currently already working as a senior in a similar setting and wish to continue.
