Details of the position

We are currently looking for energetic and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join the Preoperative Assessment Unit.  We are able to support training and development to deliver a high standard of clinical care whilst ensuring patient safety, dignity and confidentiality.  We are a progressive and caring facility and support the Ramsay vision "People caring for People".  We know our people are our greatest asset, our business is growing and we would like you to join us.

 

The successful applicants will need to have:

  • A high standard of clinical practice with excellent clinical knowledge, skills and attitude
  • The knowledge, skills and attitude to provide holistic, individualised care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to develop excellent working relationships
  • The ability to manage the department in addition to their own patient workload
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage complex decisions and resolve conflict
  • An understanding of cost control
