If you are a dedicated NMC or HCPC registered Scrub Practitioner with experience within a range of specialities we would love to hear from you. A passion for improving the treatment of your patients is a must.
Full Time post holders will be required to work 37.5 hours per week across four days and will include at least two weekends a month. Shifts are daytime only and do not include nights, Bank Holidays.
The role is suitable for newly qualified HCPC registered ODPs.

We are looking to recruit a number of experienced and committed Theatre Practitioner’s to join our friendly and supportive operating theatre team. Whether you are a Theatre Nurse or ODP, you will be rewarded with real job satisfaction

Duties and responsibilities

You will be required to assist in Consultant led surgeries that vary in complexity and specialism. You will assess patient’s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
You will be required to explain the role, responsibility, accountability and scope of practice for the assessment of a group of patients requiring perioperative care.
You will work across a range of specialisms.
 
Who we're looking for
You will be a qualified Operating Department Practitioner and be registered with the HPC. You will have experience working in teams and with minimum supervision. You will also be competence across a range of skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge acquired through practitioner qualification and additional training.
