We are looking for Full and Part-Time Day Service Support Workers to join our fantastic team.

Brief duties include:

To offer stimulating needs based support and development along with safe leisure opportunities and provide full support to the individuals
To work with individuals to identify their needs and choices for purposeful daytime activities.
To assist individuals with personal needs including meal time support and personal care.
Administer medication as required and take responsibility for accurate storing and recording of medication.

A successful candidate will have:

A caring and enthusiastic attitude
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What would be helpful but not essential:

NVQ 2 Health & Social Care or equivalent or minimum 2 years' experience working with vulnerable adults

Please note that if you do not already hold an NVQ 2 in Health & Social Care or an equivalent qualification, you will be required to complete this with us
