Store Manager

35 Hours per week

Salary £26,923 pro rata

Trinity Hospice looking for a dynamic and motivated Store Manager to lead our Lytham store, helping to raise vital funds for hospice care across the community.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the shop
• Leading and inspiring a team of volunteers and staff
• Driving sales and Gift Aid targets through creative merchandising and excellent customer service
• Handling donations and ensuring effective stock control
• Maintaining high standards of presentation, safety, and compliance
• Promoting our mission and values in everything you do

What we’re looking for:

• Proven retail experience and leadership skills
• A positive, hands-on approach to team management
• Strong organisational and communication abilities
• Confidence in handling finances and shop administration
• A passion for charity and community engagement
