Lancaster & Morecambe College is seeking a reliable Administrator to support the Lancashire Engaging Apprenticeship Programme (LEAP) and the Leading Lancashire project.


Leading Lancashire  

The Leading Lancashire project is part funded by the  European Social Fund and will support SMEs and the self-employed in Lancashire to develop effective behaviours in  Leadership & Management. Through the project we are also proud to offer a range of Chartered Management Institute (CMI) awards and certificates as well as short one day courses.  


LEAP – Lancashire Engaging Apprenticeship Programme 

The Lancashire Engaging Apprenticeship Programme (LEAP) is a   European Social Fund project and supports Lancashire based SMEs in a career focused way by offering mentoring and guidance to apprentices and employers alike.  With a strong career focus, apprentices will engage in masterclasses with industry professionals designed to inspire and motivate them, ensuring they bring fresh ideas into the workplace. We can also support employers with coaching and mentoring.

As the Project Administrator, you will provide administrative support for all aspects of the projects, including reporting progress to senior leaders, collating project feedback and monitoring key performance indicators. Experience of working in a busy administrative team and providing customer service is essential to the role. You will possess excellent planning, prioritising and organisation skills and be competent in the use of spreadsheets, databases and word processing packages.
